Kodiak Resources, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Matt Telfer. Kodiak provides geological and geophysical services to the BBX related companies, generates various oil & gas prospects and it serves as the land and leasing administrator for some of our prospects.
Polaris is the company responsible for the construction and maintenance of a series of natural gas gathering lines in East Texas. The lines gather gas from wells that have been drilled by BBX Operating. Most of the lines are 8” in diameter and have been built in the past few years to exacting industry specifications.

Trinity River Resource, LP was formed as a roll-up of various partnerships that held assets in East Texas. Trinity then received a $150,000,000 credit facility with GE Capital. We are excited to be in partnership with GE, one of the largest companies in the world, and one that understands the importance of the oil and gas industry in the US. Most of Trinity’s production is in the Austin Chalk, but also has the flexibility to explore for other pay-zones in East Texas.
